Bonjour tout le monde…. I have arrived in Paris after a very long flight – 8 hours to Singapore with a 3 hour stop over and then another 13 hours to get to Paris. After settling in at the apartment, we went for a walk around the area and had lunch in a brasserie. On the menu there was “steak hâchée au cheval” –What’s that??
